Extracted from a stock photo using the newly added features of CS5's "refine edges" option for object selection. The edges almost look as clean as they would had it been done with the pen tool. I'm loving Photoshop CS5 - just downloaded it a few days ago. Judging by the preview the image could still need a bit of extra defringing..... transparent png previews really don't do the cutout any favours.
